The Purpose of Public Education isn't Education.

Charlotte Thompson Iserbyt served as the head of policy at the Department of Education during the first administration of Ronald Reagan. While working there she discovered a long term strategic plan by the tax exempt foundations to transform America from a nation of rugged individualists and problem solvers to a country of servile, brainwashed minions who simply regurgitate whatever they're told.

Misdirection in education

Well-rounded education that leads to jobs is important. Dallas I.S.D. has an all college-bound curriculum, because the test is basically a college-bound test. So once again it is all about the test. The test and Dallas I.S.D. basically ignores the vocational needs of students. Dallas I.S.D. once had one of the best vocational programs in the country which now has practically been dismantled.
If you have a college degree there are very few jobs available and too many people with college degrees.
If you have a skill there more jobs available than people that have the skills.
If you are unskilled during the same shape is a college graduate very few jobs available with too many people applying.

We encourage them to go to college but they become enslaved...

It's despicable. We encourage the poor to get a higher education beyond high school. We get them them ready for college and brainwash them into thinking they will not be successful without a college degree but they can't afford to pay the higher cost of tuition. So we trap them in the student loan racket and when they get out they are enslaved by an insurmountable load of debt. This isn't right!

You should not encourage high school students to go to college until bankruptcy protection is restored to student loan borrowers.

Under the terms of the modern student loan agreement, Education is NOT freedom.

The system has been lying to you.

[Ed Note: In many cases, the community (along with the so-called "leaders") don't value a college education. Unfortunately this renders the whole situation moot. Translation: don't blame the system when the blame lies with the parents, peers and the community.]

State Senator on education committee make $1 mil/year off us

Couldn't help but to notice he is into all sorts of things. Impressive punch at the taxpayer, indeed!

I say enough already. We ARE under attack from the legal unprofessional.
